Why are there so few black football managers?
Is the football establishment racist or is there another reason?

There aren't any top flight managers from parks or grass roots football either and I am sure there are a few great tacticians and man managers at that level who would never get the chance purely because League Football seems to promote from within or fast track ex professional players.
I may be wrong but a grass roots coach has to pay through the nose to get Part 3 and 4 of his badges but ex pro's get the courses free.....

A Nigerian friend of mine, who I used to play foootball with and who worked for the NHS, said to me once and i quote:

Used to work with a guy called naz at reading. He's gone on to manage hayes & yeading, owns his own football company, and does loads for the FA. His race has never held him back?

Why not skiing? Natural strength and speed is needed here isn't it?
Could it be tyat there might be other reasons why certain sports have black people at the top then? Ie more of them adopt tyat sport?
Mine isn't an opinion, and if you have the science to back up your opinion them it shouldn't be an opinion either.
